We’re here to make alternative healthcare affordable for all Australians. $29 initial consults are just one way we do it.
Affordable Healthcare
$29 initial consults and $29 follow-up consults (plus a 1.5% card surcharge). If medication is required, you’ll pay your pharmacy directly for the cost of the medicine and a flat $15 delivery fee.

Free Cancellation (24 Hours Prior)
We understand life happens. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Phone Consults 12 Hours a Day, Mon–Sat
Our doctors and nurse practitioners are available for extended hours to ensure you can access care when you need it.
What Should I Prepare for My Consultation?
A little preparation goes a long way. Being ready helps your consultation run smoothly and ensures you get the most out of your time with us.
Doctor Consultation
Your doctor will use your documents to assess eligibility and create a personalised care plan.
Please provide:
- A signed pre-consent form
You may also be asked for:
- A letter from your GP or specialist
- Recent test results or medical referrals related to your condition
Note: Documents can be uploaded anytime after your consultation.
Nurse Consultation
Your nurse may ask about your medical history and any current medications.
To make the most of your consult, have the following ready:
- Your Concession Card (if applicable)
- A list of current medications and dosages
- A discharge letter if you’re transferring from another clinic
- Any questions or notes you’d like to discuss
