Bookings & Appointments

Do I need a Medicare card to book?

No. You can book a consultation with or without a Medicare card.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

You can manage your bookings through our patient portal. If you need help, our support team is here for you.

Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes. Simply log in to your account or contact our team to reschedule.

How quickly can I see a practitioner?

Most patients can book a nurse consultation within 1–2 days, with doctor appointments available shortly after.

Do I need a referral to get started?

No referral is needed — you can book directly with us.

What’s included in the free nurse consultation?

A 20-minute call with a qualified nurse where you can discuss your health needs, learn about our process, and ask any questions before seeing a doctor.

What’s the difference between a nurse and a doctor consultation?

The nurse consultation is an introduction and screening. Doctor consultations provide a medical assessment and create your personalised treatment plan.

How much does a doctor consultation cost?

Initial doctor consultations are $59 (or $29 with promo code). Follow-ups may vary depending on your care plan.

Are follow-up consultations included?

Yes. All patients receive ongoing support and scheduled follow-ups as part of their care.

When do I pay for my consultation?

Payment is made at the time of booking through our secure portal.

Is there a minimum age for consultations?

Yes. Patients must be 18 years or older to access our services.

Are consultations online or face-to-face?

Most appointments are via telehealth, but some services may be available in-person depending on your location.

Insurance & Benefits

Is natural or alternative care covered by insurance?

Coverage depends on your provider. Some private health insurers may offer rebates for certain services.

Do you provide patient cards or membership benefits?

Yes. Patients receive access to exclusive resources, discounts, and ongoing support.

Can I claim my consultation with Medicare?

At this time, our services are not Medicare-rebatable.

Do you offer concession discounts?

Yes, we offer reduced pricing for eligible concession card holders.
