Bookings & Appointments

No. You can book a consultation with or without a Medicare card.

You can manage your bookings through our patient portal. If you need help, our support team is here for you.

Yes. Simply log in to your account or contact our team to reschedule.
Most patients can book a nurse consultation within 1–2 days, with doctor appointments available shortly after.

No referral is needed — you can book directly with us.

Consultations & Ongoing Care

A 20-minute call with a qualified nurse where you can discuss your health needs, learn about our process, and ask any questions before seeing a doctor.
The nurse consultation is an introduction and screening. Doctor consultations provide a medical assessment and create your personalised treatment plan.
Initial doctor consultations are $59 (or $29 with promo code). Follow-ups may vary depending on your care plan.
Yes. All patients receive ongoing support and scheduled follow-ups as part of their care.
Payment is made at the time of booking through our secure portal.
Yes. Patients must be 18 years or older to access our services.
Most appointments are via telehealth, but some services may be available in-person depending on your location.

It’s your secure online hub for managing bookings, accessing treatment information, messaging support, and tracking your progress.

Your account is automatically created when you book your first consultation. You’ll receive login details via email.

Insurance & Benefits

Coverage depends on your provider. Some private health insurers may offer rebates for certain services.
Yes. Patients receive access to exclusive resources, discounts, and ongoing support.
At this time, our services are not Medicare-rebatable.

Yes, we offer reduced pricing for eligible concession card holders.

Concession Support

You can submit your concession details when booking or update them in the patient portal.
